These comments were beautiful and what you said about Charles brought me to tears...He was a great artist and also a wonderful brother who had a heart of gold. I can only imagine how much more he could have accomplished, he left us way too soon.

Hiya Anne, Yes Charlie had that problem. He also had a cleft lip which made him lisp. But I wouldn't have cared if Charlie had one eye in the middle of his forehead. While he was alive, I loved that guy, he was my best friend. One night I met him in NYC and invited home to our apartment for dinner. After entering our apartment, he took off his coat, took off a couple of sweaters, and a pair of pants leaving him with a shirt and pair of pants on. I asked him if he was that cold and he said, No hoss, it beats carrying a suitcase. He always called me hoss. I really miss my buddy.

As with all of your works, there is a personal intensity to it that makes it worth viewing. I note Charles had an ocular imbalance. There was a very interesting study done on famous artists and it is actually amazing how many have had this same type of variation in their eyes. Picasso is probably the most famous.
