In this composite image from my "Doorways and Windows" fantasy art series, one of the magnificent arches at Clonmacnoise, Ireland’s ancient monastic settlement founded in 544 A.D. in County Offaly, frames a Celtic High Cross and O’Rourke’s Round Tower, also on the site. I added the Spring daffodils for a dash of color and to add a bit more magic to the scene!
