The design came out well. However, on the ad, it was stated that the material was 75% cotton, which is what drew me to the sweatshirt over others. Turns out that the cotton content was only 50%

I have been looking for a hoodie with Zehnders on it for year. I am thrilled to have found this sweatshirt! Besides the great memories that have me beaming, I love that my brother is jealous he doesn’t have one.

I ordered this sweatshirt as a Christmas gift for someone in the family we “adopted.” I paid an exorbitant of money to get it by Christmas. Imagine my surprise to get an email a week later saying they were preparing my order. As this was 3 days before Christmas and it hadn’t even been shipped, I knew it wouldn’t be here for Christmas (and it wasn’t), so I told them to cancel my order and give me a full refund. They didn’t respond and didn’t respond when I sent the second request to cancel either. No response from Pixels. Of course it arrived after Christmas. The young lady got it, but I’m not happy about paying so much to expedite an order that didn’t get here when it was promised. You say you’re promoting the artists, but your lack of customer service undermines it. I won’t be purchasing from Pixels due to this, which is sad because the sweatshirt was quality.
