This is a very good composition. I like the division between dark and light, where the eye glowes in the dark shade and the ligh glowes beautifuly on more than half of the surface. I have noticed the strong accent you put on eyebrows in order to underlight the eyes and the powerful look. All your portraits have this characteristic. Well done.
