I had held off purchasing any Super Bowl LVIII collectibles or memorabilia until I found something that I thought was just “awesome”. When I saw this SI Cover, I knew I had to have it. Honestly it’s one of the best photos I’ve ever seen. Along with the captions it captures what Super Bowl LVIII was all about. Your Photog was in the right place at the right time and did a great job of capturing what Chiefs fans all across the country felt at that moment. As you can see I had the perfect place for it, it makes this wall complete and up to date.

Artist's Description
Mesothelioma lung tumour. Coloured axial computed tomography (CT) scan through the chest and lungs of a 69-year old patient with a mesothelioma tumour. The tumour (brown, lower right) encases the left lung, seen at right in this view from below. The spine is at lower centre, and the sternum and heart blood vessels at upper centre and centre. This type of tumour arises from the pleura, the membrane encasing the lungs. It is usually associated with exposure to asbestos. Although mesothelioma can cause a cough and chest pain, in many cases the condition is symptomless. This delays diagnosis and therefore treatment.
