Mike Was Here metal print by Hanne Lore Koehler. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum.
The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).
All metal prints ship within 3 - 4 business days and arrive "ready to hang" with mounting hooks and nails.
Metal prints are extremely durable. They're lightweight. They won't bend, and they're water resistant.

From this vantage point, known to the locals at Six-mile Lake in Muskoka, Ontario as Inukshuk Look-out, you can see life more clearly as the glorious summer sun sets in the shimmering lake. This Inukshuk was built by a young man named Mike after recuperating from a near-death experience. It was this pristine view of the world and a sunset scene like this where quiet contemplation recharges the spirit, that inspired him to let the world know that he had been there. Building an Inukshuk, a stone monument in the image of a man, in the tradition of the Inuit of the north was his way of saying "Mike was here".
