Milk Run is another of my favorites. Thank you Don, for your contributions to FAA. You are a balm for the soul.

Thanks for the compliment. I think you and I share an affinity for old rusted things. I know that over my career I have often gone back and painted a rusted out old b bucket, a lonely pump standing in a field, or abandoned car rusting away in a ghost town. Some of these multiple times.

You are a true master. I love your attention to detail.

I like this. My mother's "mad money" was the cream from the milk cows and she always collected the cream in cans exactly like these. Of course, they were shiny with a high polish on them but their shape was just this. Nice work.

This fine painting of the Tree of Life or ”Yggdrasil” as it is known in the old Nordic mythology - we live in the nordic part of Europe, in Sweden. When you look at this painting, many thougts comes to your mind.

We very much enjoy this wonderful painting of Eric Clapton, as we are fans of the talanted artist.

When I saw this image, I knew I had to have it. Since it wasn't available in apparel or greeting card format, I bought it as a poster and bought a frame so I could hang it in my room. I had to crop the white border by hand, though. Easier said than done, believe me. But the results are worth it. Rarely have I seen such a splendid combination of innocence and female beauty.

Unfortunately this artwork remains rolled in the tube. The 36 x 35 enlargement I ordered had lost clarity and was too blurred to spend money on framing. It's a lovely piece - but stick with smaller sizes to retain clarity of original work.

Very happy with my selections and this artist, Matej Prasek

Artist's Description

I saw the milk cans sitting out in the sun of a porch of a museum building in Independence, California. The rusted metal against the rustic wood background, some old cast metal machinery, and the dry weeds combined in an affective image I had to paint.
