this was the second Photograph that I bought for my friends birthday as we visited the lake disatrict many times and stayed a week at a time, sometimes we saw the sky change its beautiful colours before we settled down at night for bed we visualise been in the photograph and there at the lakes too. Photographs a quality that would be hard to beat. I will be buying more very soon.

The Blue Mosque (Called Sultanahmet Camii in Turkish) is an historical mosque in Istanbul. The mosque is known as the Blue Mosque because of blue tiles surrounding the walls of interior design.This Mosque was built between 1609 and 1616 years, during the rule of Ahmed I. Photographed at mid-day, just as the call to prayer was echoing throughout Istanbul. Devout Muslims are called to prayer at five prescribed times, which are: İmsak (Fajr; 03:38 am): two hours before dawn, to awaken the faithful for prayer (pretty much the middle of the night!) GŁneş (Tulu; 05:42 am): Dawn, before the sun appears ÷ğle (Zuhr; 13:12, 1:12 pm): Midday, when the sun passes the zenith İkindi (Asr; 17:07, 5:07 pm): Afternoon, when the shadows cast by objects are equal to their height Akşam (Maghrib; 20:21, 8:21 pm): Sunset, when the sun has disappeared below the horizon; beginning of a new day in the Islamic calendar Yatsı (Isha; 22:08, 10:08 pm): When the last light of d...

About Cheri Randolph

Cheri Randolph was awarded a degree in Fine Arts from the University of New Orleans with a concentration in the study of Art History. She credits printmaker, Calvin Harlan , a UNO professor, as being quite influential in her composition techniques as well as painter, Ida Kohlmeyer with a better understanding of color. Pictorialism would best describe her current work, stylistically. Cheri has expressed her artistic talents in a variety of ways including; wheel-thrown pottery, quilting, vintage clothing restoration, interior decorative painting and photography.
