Owl's Head Lighthouse is in Owls Head light state park in Owls head Maine. The dusk is falling and there is a mist rolling in off the ocean. The lighthouse does it's job to warn captains on the ocean with it's beam of light which is 100 feet above the ocean, and a loud bell which rings out danger. The lighthouse on Owls head is now licensed to the American Lighthouse foundation. The lighthouse was est. in 1825 but the present lighthouse was built in 1854.
