Description
The Northern mockingbird is fond of berries on it's winter migration. I worked from my photograph, taken on The High Line in New York City.
I loved the contrast of the red berries with both the grey mockingbird and the old grey railroad ties. The rusty rails complement the small amount of green foliage present in winter.
