Mixed Media - Acrylics, Oils, And Enamels On Ceramics
At the core of the Earth lies a ball iron and other dense elements with a liquid, flowing surface that is superheated to eleven thousand degrees fahrenheit. A tiny spinning sun covered by miles and miles of the compressed and decayed bodies of the dead ensconced by minerals like calcium and magnesium. The giant mass of spinning, glowing iron aligns a magnetic field along its axis and is felt by all of the creatures walking along the outer surface.
This original piece was made with textured mixed media on a ceramic slab and carefully scanned in large format for printing here on Fine Art America.
