I love the Arizona Sonoran Desert, Summer Monsoon Rainy Season, because it means FABULOUS, MASSIVE CLOUDS. I love clouds in all their stages.
The atmospheric conditions for these beautiful sunsets, are at their best in Southeastern Arizona, this being a great spot to capture that "Monsoon Sunset Splendor!"
It makes a vivid impression, as the sun is just about to go out of sight, behind the 3rd peak of the Tucson Mountain range. A downpour on either side, giving a fireworks display, amidst a lovely cloudscape hovering above.
