We are extremely pleased! The artwork was exactly what we were looking for and the towel quality is superior. Great birthday gift for my son who couldn’t have been more excited upon opening the gift! This is my second time purchasing from you and I will continue to do so, as well as spread the word. Keep up the great work!!

Pen Sherwood's Amitors artwork goes anywhere with Diana Kisselburg's words! Many years ago, my uncle Thomas (Tom) Phillip Hufford asked me to come up with a word the opposite of predator. Amitor is that word. Ami: Fr. friend, Amigo: Sp. friend, Amity: Eng. harmony, Ami: Formosa, Taiwan. Giraffe: non predatory animal unless young attacked. Butterflies: live, love, laugh, hope. Survive, thrive and inspire others. Pen Sherwood offered to do this Amtor artwork for free sharing the copyright with me for my Amitor concept. Amitor Tom would be so proud. Diana Hays Kisselburg

Artist's Description

This small log building is Montana's oldest standing public school. Built in 1867 in Twin Bridges, Montana, it served the town until 1873 when a larger school was built. There were more children in Nevada City than any other historic mining camp. Many local children actively joined in the activities of the reenactments. This building is very typical of many rural Montana schools even up to the 1920's and 1930's. The small room in the back is called the "Teacherage" and was used as an apartment by the teacher. Dedicated rural schoolteachers taught grades 1-8, maintained the school building, as well as often organizing many c...

About Priscilla Burgers

I was born and raised in the Metropolitan New York City area of New Jersey but have lived in Arizona for forty years. After retiring from high school counseling and teaching thirteen years ago, I discovered the joy of photography and digital art. Although I strive to get the shot right in the camera, I enjoy the artistic and creative aspects of working with image editing programs. Capturing the beauty of God's creation with landscape photography was my first passion. I thank God for his creations and that I am fortunate enough to see and capture a part of them with my camera. I have also come to enjoy many other facets of photography, such as wildlife, American Western, farm, church, and ghost town photography. I take great pleasure...
