Thanks to the group Landscapes and Animals Paintings for featuring this on 12/29/2018!

Revisiting a favorite and trying to imagine how I would actually create this.. and I decided that my skills are insufficient and my estimation of yours, greatly heightened.

Hi again Conni Awake now and revisited You super portfolio Reading the full Statement of your application of how you achieved The wonderful effects all my enquiries answered Such an explanation so enjoyed by another water colourist thank you for sharing Am diving back to enjoy more of your Art Over breakfast Like you I have chooks and enjoy Fresh poached eggs my very fav But have had several tries of take reference pics But they always move your little Black hen is brilliant the angle of her head Just about to peck

Thanks so much for visiting more of my art and making such detail comments, Sandra - I really appreciate it! Keep trying for photos of your hens - I think I probably shot about 25 photos before capturing the black hen in a full side view, not running around or actually pecking. It is a challenge!
