This is an outstanding piece of work. The aura of Powell River with its resident fishing boats is portrayed beautifully. The vessel “Shirley” is very thought provoking to me personally.

About Janice Petrella-Walsh
Studied Fine Arts at The Tyler School of Art of Temple University. Was the graphic design artist for the print department of a computer manufacturing company for 16 years, then until recently worked for a non-profit accessible book provider. Currently: Full time creative artist, producing new paintings, drawings, and photographs. Will consider commissions to do people and pet portraits in oil, pastels or conte crayon.
