Visitors to Sprague Lake need to arrive early to get a parking spot, so many are there before dawn. In September, bull elks bugling in the darkness is an incredible experience. When the sun rises, tourists are often treated to many glorious sights, including this moose standing in the lake almost as if posing.
Sprague Lake is in Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado.
