Description
On a cold December morning, at Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona, my wife and I saw this view from Mather Point. Here, in the foreground we see the rugged Kaibab Limestone rim. Wotans Throne and Vishnu Temple can be seen on the far horizon.
Since our experience was enhanced by the atmospheric winter light, I did my best to capture it on a small 8"x 10" canvas. My goal is that from 3 to 4 feet away, it looks as though you are looking out a window at the Grandest Canyon on the planet.
