Your artwork would be very popular for cards and postcards in novelty artisan giftshops ! Have you ever thought of pursuing that idea?

I love the ethnicity conveyed in your work as well!

Yes my headshot is a section of a self-portrait, acrylic collage.

Oh, no! Twice now I've written my comment and then hit some wrong button and lost it. I was wondering if that is a self-portrait at the beginning? I think it's my favorite painting of all. The colors, the pose, the drawing and composition, and the texture. Everything is just right and all works together to portray a wonderful painting of a wonderful person. But I started out to write about this one, and how well I think it presents the swirl and bustle of parenthood. (Cont.)

(Cont.) So much a feeling of parenthood. I like also how you talk about it in the discussion, asking questions, making suggestions that help to guide the viewer and showing how we artists may not know the total of what we are creating! There is inspiration and there are things that creep into our paintings we don't see or realize till it is done. Wonderful activity!
