This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.

Very pleased with the image, color, printing . My selection of printing onto wood is great for this image. There are a few mildly dark lines which are natural to wood. They show through the image and contribute to the image--glad that none of these was over the face of the horse rider.

Artist's Description
Climbing up a 14,000 foot peak at night can certainly be a thrill! Sure there's some light pollution down below but at that elevation, we're high enough to get above a lot of it. And while it does take some time to let your eyes adjust, the result is a wonderful view of the night sky.
This image was taken from the Mount Evans Road west of Denver, Colorado during a total lunar eclipse.
How I Got The Shot
I would have been smart to have some help on this one but I didn't. It took some patience and some awareness of when vehicles were coming to make it happen. Beyond that, I placed my led light panel on top of my parked 4runner so it would give me some illumination in the foreground.
In terms of timing, this was captured during the tail end of a lunar eclipse. So while we had a big moon, the fact that it was mostly blocked by Earth made it a lot darker. This darker version of the moon wasn't bright enough to illuminate the foreground which is why I use...
