Description

Our tote bags are made from soft, durable, poly-poplin fabric and include a 1" black strap for easy carrying on your shoulder.   All seams are double-stitched for added durability.   Each tote bag is machine-washable in cold water and is printed on both sides using the same image.

This was a gift to a person who is restoring a prairie. This year she has 14 herons gathering on the banks of the Little Sioux River. The tote bag was well received.

Artist's Description

I drew this image 17 years ago when I was being 'educated' on black memorabilia by my good friend and noted 'black memorabilia collector', Steven Lewis, about the need to for African Americans to reclaim (collect) these negative images and objects, and thereby neutralize their negative energy. Hence, her respectful title, 'Mrs. Brown'.
