This is so cool! Very creative. I love lifting weights and have been at it for over a decade ... I know the feeling very well of people wanting the results but not wanting to put in the effort. When I tell people how often I go to the gym, or what I do while I'm there, I just get blank stares. This piece illustrates that so well. So many guys want the results without putting in any effort. Great work!

haha, thanks Julia, yeah, who knows ~ I used to sellposters of this to Gold's Gym, Bodybuilders, Physical Trainers/Therapists and just plain regular people all th day long, i guess before the economy went south a bit.
