It was really disappointed with the quality of the product. I am sure the artwork is lovely, but it did not show up well at all on the zipper bag. The picture is very hard to make out, seems too light and a little blurry. It might be that the material of the bag is not the best for putting images like this on, I'm not sure. But I know it does not look as clear and crisp as it does in the image/picture. I bought this as a gift, and I am not sure I am going to give it because I am a little embarrassed by the quality and that she won't be able to really tell what she is looking at without really giving it a really hard look or me explaining it to her. For example, in the image on Fine Art America one can clearly make out the Bay Shores, on the bag, you can barely read it. For the amount of money I spent, I was really hoping this would be a nice product that would be special to my mom.

When a whale was sighted, a number of the crew would set out in the whaleboat. When they got close enough to the whale, the harpooner would stand on the bow and harpoon it. The whale in its agony would begin to swim in an attempt to get away and dislodge the harpoon. Because the rope of the harpoon was fast to the boat, the whale dragged the whaleboat behind it at speeds up to 23 miles per hour, until, exhausted, it was killed by the crew and dragged back to the...

About RC DeWinter

RC DeWinter

Hello and welcome to my portfolio on Pixels/Fine Art America. One of my major artistic goals, with appropriate images, is to create digital paintings that you wouldn't know were digital unless I told you. If I could paint in oils I would...alas my eyes don't work with my hand, so I create most of my art from photographs that I re-imagine. Few of my digital paintings resemble the original photographs very much when I am finished with my vision. Of course I also create work that is clearly digital as well. Here's a bit about me: RC...
