I liked this painting very much.its the reflection of the artist painting skills with so minute details. It was pleasure buying it and hanging in the drawing hall looks so appealing to me and my friends who visited my home.

Purchased for a friend whose great-great-grandfather, William Armstrong, was one of the blessed ones who chose a white bean. He loves it, and it has a place of honor next to the photo of his great-great-grandfather above his desk.

I love the canvas. It is a birthday present for someone that fell in love with the original. Unfortunately I have not given it to him as his birthday party is December 3. But I anticipate he will will thrilled.

Artist's Description

This photograph was taken at the base of the Narada Falls which plummets 158 feet over a sheer cliff. The Paradise River is the watercourse. On a July photo shoot of Mt Ranier's cascading streams and rivers we were rewarded by endless opportunities to capture the dramatic effects of the summer snowmelt. Mt Rainier is an active volcano that rises to 14,410 feet, the highest mountain in Washington State, and the most glaciated in the lower 48 states. It is part of the Pacific Ring of Fire, a chain of active volcanoes in the Pacific Northwest, that includes Mt Hood, Mt Saint Helens, Mt Baker, and other smaller volcanoes. (Wikipedia)
