Up on top on black Mountain there's this very small park with the most incredible view. But it's not accessible for RV camping, so it's not very well known. Flowers abound around the campsites and very little is mowed like these special benches for viewing. If you have a good 4 wheel car take the gravel road down the back side for lots of noncommercial views and wildlife. It's not for the squeamish ,but where else can you go and see wild Grouse walking around. I also photographed some wild flowers along this route it's not well marked so ask the local Ranger on Hand.
In 1974 Randall was asked to go on a hunting trip out to Colorado so He thought it might be a good idea to buy a good camera, he says it was one of the best decisions he ever made. He was able to capture images that were soon displayed on many office and restaurant walls around the area. He has been fortunate enough to travel to every state with the exception of Alaska, and had that planned but the Pandemic ended that trip. I'm self taught he says and studied all the best photographers From Ansel Adams forward. His main interest lies in Landscapes, nature, wildlife, farms, barns and the outdoors. He has a knack and the eye for bringing out the color and beauty presented to capture that moment in time that passes so quickly. Over...
