Very nice! The frame and matting were great. There is 2 smudges on the inside of the frame that is not accessible but I'm happy with it all. Thank you.

Artist's Description

It is said that Zen started with Buddha Sakyamuni holding a flower. This first transmission of the Dharma in Zen style is recorded in the following story: One day Buddha Shakyamuni was staying at Mount Grdhrakuta. The kanji for Nenge are: 拈 hold 華 flower

About Nadja Van Ghelue

Nadja Van Ghelue

The very different calligraphic styles evoke different moods, which you will be able to appreciate yourself by browsing the calligraphy print gallery. The subjects covered in the calligraphy section are mainly related to Zen and Buddhism and martial arts. As for the painting gallery you...
