Description
Norfolk & Western #611 brings an excursion train past the former Southrn Railway passenger station in April 2017. The 4-8-4 steam locomotive was built by N&W crews at their shop in Roanoke, Virginia in 1950. The old girl was brought out of retirement again by Norfolk Southern in 2015 after running passenger specials in the 80s and 90s. The post processing on this one is meant to make it look like it was taken in the 1950s.
