This original acrylic lies beneath a gifted painting to a dear friend who wanted a winterscape with farmland, forest, and birch trees. This was the first glaze I couldn’t bare to cover and, so I kept a virtual glaze for my private enjoyment. I didn’t upload these “diary artwork pieces” initially with their finished product for several reasons: 1. I was taught to ALWAYS SIGN and copyright original work 2. I did not think I could post less than gallery worthy work 3. I never thought to “sign” the glazings I regularly kept of interim work I enjoyed. Since I had fun with a “Contest...Wanna Play” series, I have begun a collection and have begun signing my first glaze and offering interim development posts for other FAA members enjoyment! I have also revisited “antiquated” definitions of what defines Fine Art, artworthiness ...especially since this site offers product art of my original work!! Therefore, you have all been witness to both my “select work” and my ordinary “studies” as I call them of my favorite things! Here is definitely one of them! This makes my heArt sing!
