About Larry Daeumler
I was raised in, what was in the 50s and 60s, a small town in south Florida called Delray Beach and the ocean quickly became a huge part of my life as it still is. My dream as a child was to work for Walt Disney as a sculptor and painter but as with most things in life, dreams change and life goes on. I really can't remember when I didn't like to paint and after a stint in the Air Force I married the love of my life and then managed to find myself a place at Otis Art Institute in Los Angeles for a bachelor degree in fine art. Well, Disney wasn't hiring at the time I graduated so naturally, I went to work as a construction laborer for a cousin in Gilroy, California where we settled and raise two great kids.
