Beautiful image Joan! I'm going to need to find where this bridge is... I have a friend who has been shooting all the 200 and some covered bridges in Ohio. GReat work you do! v/f

A gorgeous shot of this wonderful covered bridge. I love covered bridges. Your photography is SUPERB!

Love this shot! My dream trip is to someday take a road trip to document a lot of the covered bridges in Eastern northern states in fall colors and winter snow. Anybody got any must see bridges to not miss on this dream excursion?

Joan Minchak replied:

This one is in Summit County, in the town of Bath, Ohio. Hope to see you around there, Bill!

Speaking of classic...this image is wonderful, Joan! My guess as to why the bridges were covered was either to keep them clear of snow or to calm horses as they crossed the river.

Joan Minchak replied:

Probably both, Steve. I guess there was an accident with a horse and carriage on this bridge too. So I don't know if it served it's purpose.

It is such a beautiful bridge, you really captured the beauty of it well. I agree with Sena, truly irreplaceable. Michael

Joan Minchak replied:

Michael, so nice of you to say. Thank you!

Great shot! I love the covered bridges. Reminds me of my childhood on the east coast.

Joan Minchak replied:

Thank you, Marjorie! Not many of those covered bridges left! They from a bygone era!

Joan this is so well captured,Beautiful covered bridge,Nice composition:^) Debi

Joan Minchak replied:

Thank you, Debi! It is what Ohio is known for!

Ohio is my home state, Love the photo!

Joan Minchak replied:

Thank you Tammy! It is a great State! Please come visit and post to my group, Ohio Photography!

I love these old bridges...great shot!

Joan Minchak replied:

Thanks so much, Dave. I love them too!

These bridges are unreplaceable! I wish I lived near one...a real memory maker! Well done...

Joan Minchak replied:

Thank you, Sena. They are a dying breed. It is still standing though...

Again, the artist, John Boyd, takes fabulous pictures and paints awesome items, but this towel does not look like this picture. It is basically all one color and you can’t discern what it’s supposed to be.

For a bird loving friend it’s perfect.Made her smile

December 2nd, 2018

It didn't turn out as good as I expected, although it is still very nice. I suspect it's because it is so much larger than the original painting. The colors are not nearly as bright as the painting, that is they look faded.

I would like a refund. It’s not the color as shown I wanted Dk brown as described in the picture shown.

Looks nothing like the pictures on the internet I would like a refund please.
