Description

Old and distressed boats and shed at Beadnell in Northumberland. These boats and the shed had all seen better days and were set to be removed from the site but they made a fascinating photographic subject and I was able to capture them before they were finally gone. This image started life as an infrared capture, the blue was from the strange colour effect that can happen when recorded on infrared. On top of the infrared image I have added a muted colour and textured layer to enhance the distressed ambience I was wanting to create.
