Order arrived with one mat instead of two and even that mat was the wrong color. Two days after creating a "support ticket", still no one has gotten back to me about a return shipping label and how to rectify the situation (even though the automated response promised a return mail within a few hours...). Compared to other companies' service idea, that is just sad. Considering how expensive the product is, right now, I am just considering canceling the order altogether instead of having it redone.

Bright rainbow colours and three OM symbols are in OM 24. OM is the shortest mantra (a mantra is a phrase or word used for meditation and chanting that work beyond the level of just the words that are used) but it contains the essence and sound of the universe. It appears at the beginning and end of most Sanskrit prayers, recitations and texts. It brings you into focus and grounds you. It is beautiful and I use it many times a day in my spiritual practice. I decided to incorporate it into my artwork and so have created a series of images based around the symbol for OM. This one shows three Oms with a bright rainbow-type multi-coloured effect added.
