Order arrived with one mat instead of two and even that mat was the wrong color. Two days after creating a "support ticket", still no one has gotten back to me about a return shipping label and how to rectify the situation (even though the automated response promised a return mail within a few hours...). Compared to other companies' service idea, that is just sad. Considering how expensive the product is, right now, I am just considering canceling the order altogether instead of having it redone.

I'm a Colorado native, blessed to be in this part of the world. I have always loved the "outdoors", never taking for granted the life that surrounds me. My camera is always with me, ready to capture that image which appears, NEVER to be repeated. It's trial and error, but that's the exciting part, always learning. I check out the fine work, at sites like this one, and I say oh! I need to try that! I also download images that I've captured, images by others, and engrave. Seeing photographs reproduced on leather, acrylic, alder, etc. provides another pleasing presentation of photography. That too, is an enjoyable learning process. I've heard that if you continue learning, sharpness can be maintained, even at my age! (55)! I'll continue to...
