Absolutely loved my print. The depth and details are spectacular and the quality of the print is fantastic. I framed this in a white frame and didn't have the exact size handy so kept the lower space intentionally open. I love how it came out.

I bought this for a friend who lived in France for many years. Now that she is back in the states she misses France her favorite country. When I spoke with her on the phone she absolutely loved it. It showed all the places she lived or visited. She loved that it had an antique flair. She is getting it framed when she can. This my gift for her to bring up her spirits. She has stage 4 cancer. We live in 2 different cities & are comrades & would do anything for each other. When I saw it in the website I knew I had to buy it. Great work. About Carlos Alvim
Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, I have been working as a photographer since 1968. Started as an assistant to a local photo portrait studio and have gone through photojournalism, editorial, advertising, events, architecture. Have used all sorts of photo cameras - from view cameras to medium format to 35 mm, always using film. Back in November 2004 I switched to digital, although I still use film from time to time. Even before having a digital camera, however, I was already involved with the digital world, actually since 1998, when I started to experiment with photo softwares. In December 2001 I co-edited a photo-book targeted to tourists visiting Rio, while working for a local postcard publisher. Since August 2008, I went back to the news...
