Perfectly placed pop of color that leads to her eyes which tell a story. voted

Beautiful woman not wanting to let go her childhood because of the unhappiness with her life as an adult....besides the fabulous way of how to depict a psychological state , your style is also outstanding...an honor to have found this painting.!! F/V.

I am touched by your words. Thank You, fellow artist

Hello Darlene. Just wonderful, intuitive, and captivating artwork of the human condition. This piece takes me back to a certain safety with a stuffed animal, a friend of sorts. Love the use of color against the backdrop of a woman who perhaps has not been given much support or trust to hang on to. My take. Excellent portfolio and I look forward to more! F/V

Haunting work. Love the black and white and color combo - the title adds to the air of mystery.

I love this piece, Darlene! The color palette is fantastic! Her gaze is somewhat haunting, especially with her holding a child's toy: source of comfort, or representation of innocence....but upside down! fav/v63

Well done!!!
