Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Our Lady of Guadalupe, also known as the Virgin of Guadalupe, is a title of this painting. It is after an image in the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Mexico City.
Official Catholic accounts say that on the morning of December 9, 1531, a native American peasant named Juan Diego saw a vision of a maiden at a place called the Hill of Tepeyac which became part of Villa de Guadalupe, a suburb of Mexico City.
The maiden said to Juan Diego that she was the Virgin Mary,"mother of the very true deity." She asked that a church to be built at that site in her honor.
After hearing that, Juan Diego went to the archbishop of Mexico City, Fray Juan de Zuarraga. The archbishop instructed Juan Diego to return to Tepeyac Hill, and ask the lady for a miraculous sign to prove her identity. The first sign she gave was the healing of Juan's uncle. The Virgin also told Juan to gather flowers from the top of Tepeyac Hill, which was normally barren, especially in December....
FINDING INSPIRATION TO CREATE FINE ART Nature is an inspiration for many of Jans paintings. She feels encouraged to paint by her surroundings at home in Trabuco Canyon. There are four huge Live Oaks on her property and people have horses, a goat and chickens nearby. There are about a hundred homes in this rural California community at an elevation of about 500 feet at the base of Saddleback Mountain. It gets hot in the summer and rains for a few weeks in the winter. MISSION SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO Jan fell in love with Mission San Juan Capistrano that is a short drive from her home.
