Awesome product. Got it in today and hung it up. Was a bit cautious having it shipped especially through UPS but it was packed super well and came in perfect condition even though UPS always beats up my boxes. Definitely will be lifelong decor considering the quality of the maple it is printed on. Would certainly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing this.

This is a birthday present for my brother. And this is the first time I've ordered from this website. Let's get the party started.

Loved it, saw your work at the Estes Park Art Show around Memorial Day 2018 while visiting Colorado.

I love the piece so much! How well it works in my whimsical blue garden! I just did not know to depict the rabbit hole in the Alice in Wonderland area that this is the perfect conceptual representation. It is beautiful and whimsical. As I had to place it on a stump where a branch had been sawed, I hired a one skilled with a jigsaw to round the edges a bit for visual believability and, after attaching it to the stump, added tiny pieces of bark around the edge to help it blend with the stump. Great discovery!

Artist's Description

This original piece of art is hand beaded and constructed out of natural jaw bones, leather and thousands of tiny seed beads. It is also adorned with pheasant feathers. No animals were harmed in the making of this piece of art! Dream catchers are one of the most fascinating traditions of Native Americans. The traditional dream catcher was intended to protect the sleeping individual from negative dreams, while letting positive dreams through. The positive dreams would slip through the hole in the center of the dream catcher, and glide down the feathers to the sleeping person below. The negative dreams would get caught up in the web, and expire when the first rays of the sun struck them.

About Judy Wood

With a big HOWDY from the desert southwest, I'd like to welcome and thank you for visiting. I have a small shop just outside of Tucson, Arizona where I create my bead art and jewelry under the name "The Eager Beader". A little about myself, as a child growing up in Phoenix, I developed a deep appreciation and admiration for the intricate beadwork and art of the Navajo, Hopi, and Huichol Indians as well as the native peoples of Alaska and the Northwest and decided to give it a whirl a few years back... The beadwork led to bead art (I will put beads on just about anything that will sit still long enough) and then into a flair for wire wrapping and creating wearable art with natural stone. I also have a strong curiosity revolving...
