Ylli Haruni: A Visionary Impressionist Artist A native of Albania, Ylli Haruni graduated from the prestigious Academy of Arts in Tirana in 1976. He went on to achieve national recognition and acclaim with numerous paintings featured in the permanent collection of the Albanian National Art Gallery and Museum. Really enjoyed looking through your work, of course the portraits are fantastic! Felt like they were about to speak or sing! There is something very satisfying about capturing the person behind the face. Well done! I also liked your still life and this one in particular, you are able to paint loosely with your still life s, which I think gives them life rather than them be too photographic.
