In 1945 I spent a month at this resort near Hill City, SD and Mt. Rushmore, overlooking Harney Peak in the Black Hills. Beautiful.

I grew up in Rockford, IL I graduated from Sarah Lawrence College in 1948, majoring in art and design. I moved to Houston, TX. and studied watercolor and paper making at the Houston's Museum of Fine Art's Glassel School of Art. I am a past member of the Texas Watercolor Society and past member of the Houston Watercolor Society. My work has appeared in both's juried shows. Also in Watercolor USA. My photo collages are on display at the Madeline Island Historical Museum. I worked for architects in Rockford, IL and Houston, TX. My specialty was architectural rendering.
