Pampas Grass In The Desert Torotoro National Park Bolivia
Photograph - Photograph
A clump of pampas grass struggles to survive among colourful rock strata and soil formations in Torotoro National Park in central Bolivia. Torotoro is one of Bolivia's lesser known natural wonders and located in the far north of Potosi Department, though it is most easily accessed from Cochabamba. It's main attractions are the high concentration of paleontological remains (including dinosaur footprints), Bolivia's largest cave system and spectacular limestone canyons.
