Past, present and the future by Karen Cook - Visible in the distance is the Nuttby Mountain Wind Farm. Located on Nuttby Mountain, which forms part of the Cobequid Mountain Range in Nova Scotia, the wind farm and its turbines provide power to Nova Scotia residences and businesses.
In the foreground is an abandoned shed or barn located in the tiny community of Earltown currently home to approximately 250 residents and the 120 year old Earltown General Store,
The colors of Autumn in Nova Scotia are on full display throughout the image..so the past with the abandoned barn, the present with the Autumn colors and the future of the wind farms work in harmony.
