You’ve gotta admit. Meditation is truly awesome. But sometimes, we get too caught up with our daily lives that we forget to give ourselves those few minutes to practice it. And a lot of times, we become demotivated to do it and would rather focus on ‘important’ matters that actually causes stress and even blocks energy.
Meditation is a systematic way of enhancing our innate talents in daily life. Or, in other words, the practice will help develop creativity, intuition, and ability to write and think more expressively.
