Purchased a framed picture some 40 years ago and over that time the reds and green faded badly. Even the pool showed fading. Was thrilled to find an exact print in the correct size that can fit the existing frame. A perfect picture bringing back memories of good times.

Thank you for the "Monet". The quality is very good, although the colors of the original in the Tokyo museum are quite a bit lighter. The paper you use is of excellent quality.

It took me a long time to find the perfect picture of Polzeath. I purchased it as a present for my son-in-laws 50th birthday, it’s his favourite place in Cornwall as his family spent many holidays there when he was a child . He now goes surf boarding there with his daughters. He loved the picture and is going to hang it in his office.

Being a Catherine, and a mère, I just had to have this. The service was great: prompt delivery; the picture encased and protected inside a large and sturdy photograph envelope. I am delighted with the print and everyone who's seen it, loves it.
Artist's Description
Realistic acrylic painting of Pennywise the Dancing Clown of the movie It, based on the 1986 horror novel by American author Stephen King: It. The Original painting is made by the Dutch fine artist Paul Meijering and is SOLD It is the title character of American author Stephen King's 1986 horror novel It. The character is a malevolent entity which preys upon the children of Derry, Maine, roughly every 27 years, using a variety of powers that include the ability to shapeshift, manipulate, and go unnoticed by adults. During the course of the story, it primarily appears in the form of Pennywise the Dancing Clown. King stated in a 2013 interview that he came up with the idea for Pennywise after asking himself what scared children "more than anything else in the world". He felt that the answer was clowns. King thought of a troll like the one in the children's tale "Three Billy Goats Gruff", who inhabited a sewer system. The character was portrayed in its Pennywise form by Tim Curry in t...
About Paul Meijering

For almost 33 years now, Paul Meijering has been active with the paint brushes. As a 17- year old inspired youngster he joined the Academy of Arts in Enschede (Holland) in order to receive a native training in drawing- and painting technique. At that time (1980) the tendency of the abstract was running riot, and to his dismay and disappointment Paul found that the trade of the ancient masters was merely 'old hat', the realistic art being disregarded and looked down upon. After two years of useless botchery, there was only one conclusion to draw: "get autodidact, be a self-taught person!" Paul then left the academy to work for a living, but at the back of his mind there always loomed the passion of his life: to paint. At his spare time...

Ah Pennywise. My favorite evil character from what I consider the greatest horror novel written. This painting is spectacular my friend. This makes me want to go all fanboy and beg for a version of the NEW and infinitely more terrifying version of Pennywise the clown! At the end of the day, it makes no difference which version is preferred by who... this painting is simply mind boggling!
Paul Meijering replied:
Ah, John!;-)... You make me shy!... But the NEW Pennywise is definitely on my list! Don't know when, but watch out;-))... Thanks again, John for all your kind words!
