The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

Te Whakarewarewa is an abbreviation of the Maori name for the geothermal reserve in Rotorua, New Zealand. The full name means "The Gathering Together of the War Party of Wahiao". Pohutu is the largest active geyser in the Southern Hemisphere. Its name means constant splashing in Maori.
