The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back.   The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

All metal prints ship within 3 - 4 business days and arrive "ready to hang" with mounting hooks and nails.

This is an original painting on stretched canvas, with the image continuing around the 1.5" sides so that no frame is required. It is in an abstract expressionist or non-objective style, painted with large gestures and intense energy. I paint while standing up at an easel, listening to music. I work on a painting over many days, letting each layer dry in between sessions.

Lynne Taetzsch was born in East Orange, New Jersey and grew up in Irvington and Newark, New Jersey. She was interested in art from the time she was a child, spending her allowance on arts and crafts supplies, painting the school windows for the holidays, and winning a class drawing contest in eighth grade.
