Beautifully expressed rendition of the Shrine of the Bab. The frame and matting showcase the print. We have it prominently on our living room wall with other sacred pictures.

I think the frame and mat work very well with this, it is really impressive in person. Grouped with a small Grant Wood with high quality lighting it sets the mood for a Georgia farmhouse.

About Gordon Wendling
Hello, I hope you enjoy my art, I'm a self taught artist, and since retirement I paint everyday for the pure enjoyment of painting. My background is in model building, art carpentry, and the performing arts, acting (40 some shows) comedy, and all aspects of theater and film. My mother and father were both gifted self taught artists. I'll paint just about any subject matter, and hope that my humor comes out in a lot of my painting's, I paint in acrylic with mixed medium of ink. I'm a retired police detective, and my attention to detail also shows through in a lot of what I paint.
