Description
This is a shot of the Ponte Vecchio during the blue hour. Ponte Vecchio, which means The Old Bridge, is the oldest of the Florence six bridges. Built over the Arno River, the bridge has two rows of shops along it, one on the left and the other is on the right, like its former glory days. In between these two rows is where the pedestrians walk to get to the other side. During the Medici time, the shops and stalls were occupied by butchers and fishmongers but now you can find only goldsmiths and jewellers on this bridge.
