I think the frame and mat work very well with this, it is really impressive in person. Grouped with a small Grant Wood with high quality lighting it sets the mood for a Georgia farmhouse.

About Margaret Hastings
I work in the medium of rust, created using water and natural acids on metal. I use rust as a metaphor to explore the disenchantment of modern life, to articulate the sense of nostalgic loss and longing inherent in forgotten gods and abandoned symbols. My subjects, therefore, are characters taken from religion, myth and folklore, and my medium embodies the creation of beauty through decay.
