Potter - Raised in the clay metal print by Mike Savad. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).
All metal prints ship within 3 - 4 business days and arrive "ready to hang" with mounting hooks and nails.

Artist's Description
A small town only needs a few tradesmen. A blacksmith, a carpenter and a potter. Each person fills a role to make the people that live in that town, happy. A potter was important because they made all the plates, bowls, and containers used to store food for the winter. Even today we use dishes of a similar style.
If you look to his right, you'll see a pile of wet bowls, the potter leaves them to air dry for a while. Everything is then loaded into the kiln all at one time. They fire them in large batches because it's far more efficient, as it saves on wood. After it's been fired, he will glaze it, and put it back in the kiln. When finished it will last a 1000 years or more provided you don't drop it.
