My father owns the same truck its the same color and everything and it originally sat in grandfather's garage with a gravel driveway until we pulled it out and rescued it and this photo reminds me of that day cause the garage even looks the same too. I will eventually hang it on my wall im remodeling my living room and ima hang it on my wall when it's done to pay respect to my father who bought me my first home and someday he's leaving this truck to me to carry on its legacy.

Around 3:30 pm Wednesday, January 1st, 2007 I headed out to paint the sky. I had all the home computers busy doing calculations so I was free. From the back hill I could still monitor the running software. If the screens went black then my error checking code wasn’t perfect. I could see the screens through the computer room window while standing at my field easel. The screens stayed busy while I painted. Performance measurement was an important project which could change how we communicated and verified weather information in time and space and in full consideration of lead time.
I coined the phrase “Prairie Schooner” for a slow moving “Alberta Clipper”. These low pressure areas have potential to drop more precipitation but with the record temperatures, there was nil precipitation and no lake effect with the system at all.
