Where to start. Order states it will take 3-4 days to have picture printed. That’s fine. After 2 weeks I emailed. They responded it would ship the next day, a Thursday. I gave them until Monday still no shipping notification. Emailed them Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday with no response from them. Finally a week after they said it would ship they shipped it. It arrived and we opened it. I have attached a pic of one the frame corners. It wouldn’t let me upload all four. There are gaps. For the price of the framing these should be better quality and no gaps. I was embarrassed to give it as a present. Needless to say I will not use this company again for any framing. Picture was okay.
